This Privacy Policy applies to USDT Miner : Rush Simulator, package name com.usdt.tether.rush.simulator.viii (“Application”), developed and operated by  PV App Studio (“Service Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

The Application is a local entertainment simulator provided for use “AS IS.”

1. Scope of the Application

USDT Miner : Rush Simulator provides fictional tap-mining sessions, timed simulation sessions, a virtual balance and a seven-day progress calendar.

The Application does not mine cryptocurrency, connect to a blockchain or provide financial services.

2. Information You Provide

The Application does not require registration, login or creation of a user account.

It does not ask you to provide:

  • Name or phone number

  • Physical address

  • Government identification

  • Payment or banking information

  • Cryptocurrency wallet address

  • Password, private key or seed phrase

If you voluntarily email us, we may receive your email address, message and any information or attachments you choose to provide. This information is used only to respond and provide support.

3. Information Stored Locally

The Application uses SharedPreferences to save simulator state on your device.

Stored information may include:

  • Virtual USDT balance

  • Simulated hash rate and mining power

  • Miner level and local upgrade values

  • Active-session start and end times

  • Mining status

  • Last-active timestamp

  • Weekly daily-claim status

  • Sound, haptic, glow and notification preferences

  • Cached Privacy Policy and Terms URLs

  • Other simulator preferences

This data is used to restore progress, calculate elapsed time and operate simulator features.

The Application does not intentionally upload your virtual balance, session progress, weekly claims or preferences to PV App Studio.

All displayed balances and results are fictional and have no monetary value.

4. Offline Session Recovery

If you leave the Application during an active session, the Application stores a timestamp locally.

When you return, it compares the stored timestamp with the current device time and calculates simulated progress.

This process does not perform background cryptocurrency mining and does not continuously use your hardware while the Application is closed.

5. Remote Legal Configuration

The Application may request a remote JSON file from API

The response provides links to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

During this request, the server or hosting provider may receive:

  • IP address

  • Package name

  • Application version

  • Request date and time

  • Basic network and server-log information

This information may be used to deliver the appropriate legal links, maintain the service, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse and protect server security.

Remote legal URLs may be cached locally on your device.

6. Google Fonts

The Application uses the google_fonts package to display Orbitron and Rajdhani fonts.

When a font is not already bundled or cached, the Application may download it from Google’s font servers. Google may receive technical request information such as your IP address, requested font resource, device or network information and request time.

Google handles this information according to the Google Privacy Policy.

7. Permissions

The Android Application uses only the INTERNET permission for:

  • Downloading required Google Fonts when not cached

  • Fetching remote legal configuration

  • Opening Privacy Policy and Terms links

Android package-visibility queries for PROCESS_TEXT and HTTP/HTTPS VIEW are not runtime permissions. They support standard Flutter text actions and external browser launching.

The Application does not request access to:

  • Location

  • Camera

  • Microphone

  • Photos, videos or storage

  • Contacts

  • Phone or SMS

  • Bluetooth

  • Biometrics

  • Notifications

  • Advertising ID

The iOS version does not declare camera, microphone, location, contacts, photo-library or tracking permissions.

8. Advertising and Analytics

The current Application version does not include:

  • Advertising SDKs

  • Analytics SDKs

  • Crash-reporting SDKs

  • Authentication services

  • Push-notification services

  • Wallet or blockchain SDKs

The Application does not use your information for personalized advertising or cross-app tracking.

9. Sharing and Third-Party Processing

PV App Studio does not sell or rent personal information.

Limited technical request information may be processed by:

  • The hosting provider supporting the legal-configuration endpoint

  • Google when font files are requested

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, PV App Studio or service security.

Locally stored gameplay progress is not intentionally shared with these services.

10. External Links

Privacy Policy and Terms links open in your device’s external browser after confirmation.

External websites and browsers operate independently and may process information under their own policies. PV App Studio is not responsible for their content, security, availability or data practices.

11. Data Retention and Deletion

Local simulator data remains on your device until you:

  • Use Clear All Data

  • Clear the Application’s storage

  • Uninstall the Application

Clear All Data may erase the virtual balance, upgrades, active session, weekly progress and saved preferences.

The Application does not provide accounts, so there is no server-side account to delete.

Your operating system may separately back up or restore local data according to your device settings.

Technical server logs may be retained for a reasonable period for security and troubleshooting. Google retains information according to its own policies.

Support emails may be retained as needed to respond or comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of voluntarily provided information by contacting vekariyar836@gmail.com.

12. Security

HTTPS is used for the specified remote legal-configuration request and supported external resources.

We use reasonable safeguards, but no electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure.

13. Children’s Privacy

The Application is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

A parent or guardian who believes a child provided personal information may contact vekariyar836@gmail.com.

14. Simulation Disclosure

USDT Miner : Rush Simulator does not provide real mining, cryptocurrency, wallets, deposits, withdrawals, financial transactions or investment opportunities.

All balances, hash rates, power percentages, sessions and daily amounts are virtual and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged.

The Application and PV App Studio are not affiliated with Tether Operations Limited, cryptocurrency exchanges, blockchain networks, mining companies, financial institutions or government authorities.

15. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Application, legal requirements or our data practices change.

Updates will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date.
